Send it as it is. Half a brief is enough for us to tell you whether we can help, and you'll hear back within 2 working days. (A full brief is lovely too. We've just never had one arrive first time.)
What happens next
Three steps, with dates on them.
Step 1. Within 2 working days, a reply. A yes, a no, or a question. If it's a yes, a 30-minute call. No deck.
Step 2. Within 5 working days of the call, a written plan. What we'd do, how long it takes, and a fixed fee.
Step 3. You say yes or no. Projects run to the plan. Retainers roll monthly, so we earn the renewal every month.
The person on the first call is the person who runs the work.
